The manager will guide secure multi-account and multi-tenant architectures while supporting AI-enabled engineering practices and platform capabilities.

Build and evolve DTN’s cloud-native Operational Decisioning Platform. Responsibilities include developing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, managed services, reusable modules, infrastructure-as-code, automated tests, and distributed-system capabilities. The role uses AWS, Terraform, observability, security, and event-driven technologies while supporting on-call operations. Engineers will also contribute to AI-enabled platform capabilities, collaborate with senior engineers, participate in design reviews, and progressively take ownership of moderately complex features.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for foundational agricultural data products, including pipelines, data models, APIs, and shared services. Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and product teams to deliver scalable, governed, high-quality data capabilities. Prioritize initiatives based on customer and commercial value, define success metrics, resolve cross-team tradeoffs, and expand data support for analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI applications.

Manage approximately 150 mid-market agriculture customers throughout the post-onboarding lifecycle. Drive product adoption, customer value realization, renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities through success plans, business reviews, health monitoring, proactive outreach, and risk mitigation. Coordinate training, manage escalations, maintain forecasts and account records, and communicate customer feedback internally. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to strengthen relationships and protect recurring revenue.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Workday Finance software, APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and data models. Support financial transactions, accounting, billing, revenue, reporting, reconciliation, and auditability. Troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and observability, contribute to CI/CD and testing, participate in architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product Management and Finance experts.
