The role participates in a weekly on-call rotation and is remote in the US or Canada.

Own the full post-sales lifecycle for strategic North American hotel, resort, and casino accounts, from onboarding through renewal. Drive retention, expansion, and measurable revenue outcomes through strategic business reviews, advanced training, revenue strategy consulting, usage analytics, and proactive churn mitigation. Resolve complex client and product issues, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support, and mentor junior customer success managers. The role is fully remote with 25–40% regional travel.

Owns FP&A systems architecture, financial data models, forecasting, scenario analysis, cash flow, covenant monitoring, and executive reporting. The role consolidates data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources into Abacum, maintains integrated P&L and cash flow models, accelerates close, supports board reporting, and deploys AI-augmented finance workflows. It partners with Accounting, R&D, G&A, and leadership to explain performance and provide strategic recommendations.
