Assess facility needs for dock and door equipment, create technical proposals and quotes in CRM systems, collaborate with service technicians, and manage the full sales cycle through contract closing. Build long-term relationships with facility managers, owners, and contractors while converting maintenance opportunities into service contracts and equipment upgrades.

Generate new B2B business through cold calling, site visits, territory development, and relationship building with facility managers, owners, and contractors. Assess industrial dock and door needs, recommend solutions, manage proposals and quotes in CRM, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Collaborate with service technicians to convert maintenance opportunities into service contracts and equipment upgrades while providing responsive client support.

Provides technical and operational support for commercial construction projects from award through completion. Coordinates specifications, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, procurement, schedules, documentation, and communication among customers, contractors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams. Reviews technical and construction documents, resolves engineering issues, supports installation and field teams, and may coordinate CAD, BIM, Revit, and engineering layouts. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site travel.

Leads business analysis for enterprise applications and reporting initiatives. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements and functional or technical specifications, partners with IT on scalable solutions, manages project scope and risks, maintains process documentation, supports UAT and change readiness, and drives process standardization. Establishes business analysis standards and best practices across a growing, multi-location organization.
