The Lead Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies for partnerships, manage relationships with key technology allies, and oversee partner marketing initiatives at Dynatrace.

Manage internal communications operations including measurement frameworks, dashboards, and channel operations (intranet, SharePoint, Slack, email). Improve publishing workflows, build templates and self-service resources, and implement AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and consistency across global communications.

Lead and build Dynatrace's Public Sector post-sale organization (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support) for US Federal, SLED, and Americas customers. Drive retention and growth, ensure FedRAMP/security/compliance, deliver operational excellence (NRR, CSAT, MTTR), scale delivery using AI and Salesforce tooling, partner cross-functionally, and manage cleared-personnel and support operations across the region.
