Lead the Product and Marketing Compliance team to ensure products, marketing, and customer communications comply with consumer protection and advertising regulations. Translate regulatory requirements into policies, controls, and monitoring/testing, partner with Product/Marketing/Legal/Risk, drive cross-functional compliance projects, manage and develop the team, and maintain documentation and regulatory analyses.

Manage day-to-day global compensation and equity programs: maintain salary structures, run market benchmarking, administer equity grants, support annual cycles, build reports, partner with People, Finance, and Legal, and ensure pay equity and compliance.

The Senior Counsel, Product will provide legal guidance on payroll-related products, manage regulatory compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions in a complex regulatory environment.
