Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Deacom ERP configuration, testing, data migration, KPI development, and implementation activities. Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and operations leaders across regulated industries, traveling approximately 25% on average and up to 50% during key project phases.

Manages customer ERP implementation projects from scope definition through deployment and transition to support. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk and change management, requirements facilitation, testing, training, stakeholder communication, and customer relationship management. The role oversees multiple concurrent projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks deliverables, reports status to leadership, and ensures projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations.
