Provides technical direction for B2B integration delivery using Java, EDI, APIs, and file-based flows. Defines integration patterns, standards, architecture guidance, reference implementations, and governance practices. Reviews offshore team designs, code, and mappings; mentors developers; resolves complex production issues; and supports CI/CD, testing, observability, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Own B2B/EDI domain expertise, partner onboarding, transaction mapping, testing, certification, go-live, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Drive AI-enabled use cases including automated mapping, error analysis, anomaly detection, operational dashboards, and model evaluation. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and AI teams; document processes and communicate requirements, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Designs, deploys, and optimizes agentic AI systems, LLMs, and SLMs for production. Responsibilities include model compression, hardware optimization, PEFT fine-tuning, agent orchestration, RAG infrastructure, vector search, automated data pipelines, validation, monitoring, and production integration. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates across technical teams, and communicates AI trade-offs to client stakeholders.

Design and validate enterprise product configurations and SKU-level bills of materials. Discover client environments, configure CPQ and ERP systems, build multi-level BOMs, validate compatibility and lifecycle status, maintain configuration rules, and reconcile customer-specific pricing and catalogs. Manage revisions and substitutions, conduct pre-quote validation, document decisions, and collaborate with sales, solution architects, supply chain, and vendor teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and orderable solutions.

Leads a team of two while personally configuring complex enterprise solutions, building and validating multi-level BOMs, and maintaining configurations in CPQ and ERP systems. Oversees client and environment discovery, configuration quality, standards, metrics, workload management, coaching, and process improvement. Collaborates with sales, solution architects, supply chain, and vendors to resolve exceptions and deliver accurate customer-specific solutions.

Coordinates end-to-end logistics for global training events, including scheduling, enrollment management, reporting, customer support, information accuracy, meetings, and process improvement recommendations. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, onsite position in Washington, with expected working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
