Provides technical direction for B2B integration delivery using Java, EDI, APIs, and file-based flows. Defines integration patterns, standards, architecture guidance, reference implementations, and governance practices. Reviews offshore team designs, code, and mappings; mentors developers; resolves complex production issues; and supports CI/CD, testing, observability, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Own B2B/EDI domain expertise, partner onboarding, transaction mapping, testing, certification, go-live, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Drive AI-enabled use cases including automated mapping, error analysis, anomaly detection, operational dashboards, and model evaluation. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and AI teams; document processes and communicate requirements, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Designs, deploys, and optimizes agentic AI systems, LLMs, and SLMs for production. Responsibilities include model compression, hardware optimization, PEFT fine-tuning, agent orchestration, RAG infrastructure, vector search, automated data pipelines, validation, monitoring, and production integration. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates across technical teams, and communicates AI trade-offs to client stakeholders.
