Lead regional energy strategy and utility/regulatory relationships for data center development. Own contract negotiation (interconnections, PPAs, utility service), drive power capacity delivery, manage capital budgeting, and direct consultants to accelerate infrastructure delivery while integrating across site, legal, finance, and construction teams.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of data center projects, ensuring engineering and operational requirements are met on time and within budget. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage project lifecycles, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Lead regional energy strategy and act as the authoritative ECX energy representative for an assigned U.S. portfolio. Own contract negotiation, utility and regulatory relationships, interconnection and capacity delivery, capital budgeting, and direction of external consultants. Drive power delivery from site evaluation through energization, integrate energy workstreams across functions, and proactively manage risks, timelines, and costs to enable data center projects.
