Develops and customizes enterprise ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules. Responsibilities include creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflows, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer automations, App Engine applications, and REST/SOAP integrations. The role also configures portals, UI components, security controls, and platform features; performs testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization; and collaborates with analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders. This is a fully remote U.S.-based position requiring 3–9 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Monitors product, service, and process quality; identifies and reports defects; conducts quality checks, audits, and testing; prepares quality reports; tracks corrective actions; maintains documentation; and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with development, operations, and business teams. Freshers and candidates with up to five years of experience are welcome.

Designs and maintains scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, lakes, and models. Develops SQL and Python solutions, integrates diverse data sources, and uses cloud platforms and distributed processing tools. Responsibilities include data validation, quality monitoring, performance and cost optimization, troubleshooting, documentation, governance, and collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers.
