Lead AI-first product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing healthcare plan discovery. Own full product lifecycle, define requirements and user stories, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering, data science, UX, and business teams, and measure outcomes. Serve as Product Owner in Agile, drive cross-functional alignment, conduct market research, and deliver data-driven product innovations that improve customer experience and business metrics.
