Drive U.S. revenue growth through direct sales and distributor channels. Manage strategic accounts, full sales cycles, customer qualification, contract negotiations, post-sale expansion, forecasting, and pipeline reporting. Build relationships across procurement, engineering, R&D, operations, and executive teams. Coordinate technical-commercial activities with internal teams, train distributors, develop territory strategies, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events. Frequent domestic travel is required.
