Lead post-sales integrations for Element451: validate SOWs, architect and scope SIS and other integrations, run engineering delivery through build/UAT/go-live, operate maintenance and live support, set processes/tooling, partner with Product to productize integrations, and measure delivery KPIs.

Serve as the technical layer for post-sale Customer Success: ensure clean handoffs from Implementation, enable Account Managers technically, lead post-go-live discovery and Tier 1 solutioning, triage escalations and coordinate with Support/Engineering, maintain platform fluency and best-practice assets, and surface recurring issues to Product and Implementation.

Lead and scale demand generation for a B2B SaaS platform: own paid media, lifecycle and digital campaigns, manage a ~$1.5M media budget, implement experimentation and AI-driven workflows, align marketing with sales, and improve reporting, attribution, and pipeline performance.
