Manage the final stages of mortgage loans to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings. Prepare Closing Disclosures and closing packages, coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies and settlement agents, maintain loan records in Encompass/LOS, resolve closing issues, and ensure CFPB/TRID and investor compliance while supporting operational performance goals.

Manage operational execution of mortgage trades from confirmation through settlement, including TBA and specified pool trades, GNMA pooling and certification, bulk bidding support, loan delivery coordination, settlement resolution, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate investor execution and timely settlements.

Lead the Communication Underwriting department, set underwriting communication standards, ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines, drive operational excellence, mentor leaders, manage escalations, partner cross-functionally, optimize LOS/AUS workflows, and improve quality, productivity, and client experience across mortgage underwriting.
