Assemble and maintain billing documentation and system data, reconcile discrepancies, post to sub-ledgers, coordinate account eligibility with Membership, support first-line collections, and communicate billing information to internal and external customers. Handle complex billing situations with minimal guidance and provide recommendations.

Provide virtual nursing care under physician direction: review records, interview patients, record vitals, deliver nursing interventions and coaching, document encounters, triage and facilitate care transitions, and engage with patients by phone up to 80% of shift.
