Lead and scale a Mid‑Market AE team for EliseAI's housing product, owning revenue targets and mentoring AEs. Support full sales cycles, drive executive-level adoption and expansions, partner with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, run pipeline and business reviews, hire and onboard talent, represent the company at regional events, and help stand up and grow the new Dallas office.

Lead and manage an Enterprise AE team for the housing segment, drive new business and expansions, build out the Dallas office, mentor AEs, support full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, negotiations, expansions), develop playbooks and forecasting, partner with Customer Success/Product/Marketing, attend industry conferences, and hire/onboard and performance-manage the team.

Lead and manage a Strategic AE team to drive new business and expansion within enterprise property management. Own team revenue, coach on challenger sales, support full sales cycles, partner with CS/Product/Engineering, build the new Dallas office, and execute ABM and forecasting processes.
