Lead complex software initiatives from architecture through delivery while remaining hands-on. Design scalable cloud-native systems, establish engineering and DevOps standards, manage technical debt, resolve production issues, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, QA, Security, UX, and Infrastructure teams. The role focuses on Microsoft technologies, Azure services, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, testing, observability, reliability, and predictable execution of the product roadmap.

Manage strategic global SaaS client relationships, develop account plans, drive renewals and expansion, exceed revenue targets, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and advise C-suite stakeholders. The role requires collaboration across marketing, customer success, product, and solutions consulting teams, use of Salesforce and analytics for forecasting, and frequent global travel to client sites and events.

Lead AI ideation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping to evaluate and operationalize generative AI, copilots, and agentic automation across product and enterprise. Advise stakeholders, produce proofs-of-concept, define standards and guardrails for responsible AI, and help teams translate validated ideas into scalable implementation plans.
