Own corporate IT operations while automating identity and access lifecycles, SaaS administration, endpoint security, compliance evidence generation, and IT support. The role includes Okta and SCIM provisioning, MDM management, OS patching, encryption baselines, license reclamation, audit readiness, runbook standardization, and Tier 1/2 support. The engineer will use Python, Bash, APIs, and AI coding tools to replace manual processes with policy-driven workflows and advise Finance and HR on tool administration.

Own outbound enterprise prospecting and account development for Ema’s AI products. Identify and engage senior stakeholders at large organizations, develop account-entry strategies, multi-thread buying committees, qualify prospects, and book sales-qualified leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn. Partner with Account Executives on handoffs and pipeline conversion, track business metrics, and help build scalable outbound playbooks, messaging, and processes.

Build and manage cloud infrastructure for an agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include maintaining Kubernetes clusters, automating provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, implementing CI/CD pipelines, building observability systems, and ensuring security, scalability, performance, and reliability for multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
