Provides strategic and operational leadership across the University's Western operations. The role drives organizational effectiveness, change management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decisions, and leadership development. Responsibilities include overseeing managers and teams, allocating resources, supporting recruitment and employee development, addressing complex personnel matters, and aligning regional operations with institutional priorities. The position indirectly leads approximately 40 staff members and may require travel for university activities.

The professor will develop and teach courses in computer and data science, advance a research agenda, and engage in departmental collaboration and meetings.

Support faculty development and instructional quality for ERAU Worldwide by reviewing courses, observing teaching, designing and delivering professional learning, ensuring adherence to best practices and contractual standards, and participating in special projects to improve course management and student success.
