Design and validate FPGA-based digital hardware and PCBs for test and measurement products. Responsibilities include synthesizable logic development, register maps, testbenches, timing analysis, schematic and layout guidance, signal integrity simulation, prototype bring-up, board validation, documentation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Owns the Education Services learning portfolio, including strategy, curriculum direction, content roadmaps, learning paths, course blueprints, and certification opportunities. Translates complex technical products and customer workflows into effective learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles. Partners with Product Management, R&D, Services, and subject matter experts to prioritize requirements, guide content development, evaluate learner and business outcomes, and continuously improve customer education offerings.

Owns product engineering for complex test and measurement systems from introduction through sustaining production. Supports assembly, integration, configuration, calibration, testing, validation, and release while resolving multidisciplinary hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical issues. Partners with design and manufacturing teams to improve manufacturability, quality, reliability, yield, cycle time, and readiness. Leads root-cause analysis, corrective actions, documentation, continuous improvement, and production escalations in an on-site manufacturing environment.
