Leads Lantern’s Consultant Relations function, owning major consulting and brokerage relationships, embedding the team in active deals, and improving referral quality, win rates, and account coverage. Builds named-account models, develops consultant-focused content, closes regional and segment coverage gaps, manages escalations, establishes outcome-based metrics, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Clinical, Analytics, and other teams. Requires deep employer healthcare benefits expertise, strong consultant relationships, consultative sales experience, and proven people leadership.

Manage a portfolio of clients and brokers to ensure delivery and long-term value. Own execution of account plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, resolve service issues, drive adoption, retention, upsell, and maintain CRM data hygiene while supporting engagement marketing.
