Promotes Ennoble Care’s home-based healthcare services by developing marketing plans, analyzing markets and performance data, building referral relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals, securing patient referrals, and conducting community outreach and education. The role also supports sales projections, brand awareness, organizational analysis, and office activities. Requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle.

Processes and audits multi-state payroll for healthcare employees, ensuring accurate wages, deductions, benefits, taxes, and compliance. Maintains payroll and HRIS records, reconciles reports and accounts, supports W-2s, tax filings, and audits, resolves employee payroll questions, and partners with HR and Finance on employee status changes and process improvements.

Leads the hospice compliance program across multiple states, overseeing regulatory monitoring, Medicare compliance, audits, corrective action plans, policy governance, investigations, incident and grievance trends, and external audit responses. Manages the Clinical Compliance and Audit sub-team, analyzes audit findings, coordinates staff education, and partners with executive leadership to mitigate risk and maintain compliance with CMS, state licensing, and accreditation requirements.
