Lead global product strategy and lifecycle for upper extremity orthopedic implants. Drive product development and launches, market research, KOL engagement, sales training, cross-functional collaboration (engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, marketing), and business planning. Support surgeon education, create launch materials, analyze market data, and manage product portfolios and strategic roadmaps. Travel domestically and internationally to support launches and clinical engagement.

Lead upstream product efforts for the ASTRA enabling technologies platform, translating surgeon and clinical insights into product requirements, driving cross-functional development, maintaining roadmaps, supporting launches, training and sales enablement, and collaborating on forecasting and production planning to deliver cloud-enabled surgical solutions.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures, conducting audits, supporting product development, and authoring documentation, among other duties.

Lead design and transfer of new manufacturing processes for medical devices. Drive process development, validation, DFM, FMEA, process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional manufacturing support for NPI projects.

Lead and coach CNC programmers, develop and optimize CNC programs for mills/lathes (including multi-axis and DMG MORI equipment), troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, ensure compliance with cGMP and quality requirements, support production launches and continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to improve throughput and part quality.
