Owns advanced manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, calibration, rework, inspection, and quality testing. Leads a mechanical engineering team developing orthopedic knee medical devices from concept through commercialization. Oversees product design, 3D modeling, verification and validation, technical documentation, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, testing, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and manufacturing collaboration. Mentors and hires engineering personnel while ensuring products meet safety, quality, performance, and cost requirements.

Establishes project schedules and budgets, evaluates prototypes, applies GD&T and tolerance analysis, and supports testing and process improvements.

Manage moderate-complexity manufacturing operations projects from initiation through completion. Develop project charters, plans, budgets, communication strategies, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead project teams and meetings, track progress, provide status reporting, resolve issues, and communicate project goals and updates to management.
