Analyze, trace, reconcile, and migrate insurance policy data from legacy systems into a modern policy platform. Build source-to-target mappings and ETL transformations, perform data cleansing and validation, write complex SQL, use cloud databases (AWS RDS/S3), and collaborate with stakeholders using GitHub and Agile tools. Heavy daily use of AI tooling; mentorship provided throughout migration lifecycle.

Build, support, and optimize scalable video streaming backend services using Node.js. Work on video processing pipelines, HLS/adaptive streaming, FFmpeg/codecs, event-driven data streams, APIs, and distributed microservices. Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve streaming quality at scale, supporting APAC hours.

Provide hands-on incident handling, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs and patterns, document ticket updates, escalate to senior teams, and support SLA-driven workflows while learning support processes.
