Leads mechanical manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement for specialty chemical containers. Responsibilities include SPC and statistical analysis, failure analysis, root-cause correction, process documentation, ERP master-data maintenance, capacity expansion, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, audits, and cross-functional project leadership. The role also mentors personnel and supports qualification, validation, quality improvement, and operational decision-making.

Lead continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives across a large-scale manufacturing site. Assess processes, identify waste, optimize workflows, drive Kaizen events, establish KPIs, and sustain measurable improvements. Partner with IT, operations, business units, suppliers, customers, and global teams to integrate digital tools, develop improvement roadmaps, deliver training, and foster a continuous improvement culture.

Leads the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions. Builds AI assistants, intelligent agents, conversational data interfaces, semantic search tools, APIs, and scalable analytical platforms. Develops data models and datasets across Snowflake, GCP, and BigQuery while supporting data architecture, governance, and quality. Partners with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, translate requirements, advise stakeholders, and demonstrate AI and automation value.
