Leads large-scale electrical construction projects and portfolios from initiation through closeout. Owns project strategy, P&L, forecasting, contract administration, procurement, risk management, safety, quality, and client relationships. Coordinates field, engineering, BIM, subcontractor, vendor, and service teams while mentoring project managers. Supports business development, client retention, executive reporting, commissioning, and turnover for complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and service projects.

Supports safety programs and compliance across active construction projects and field operations. Conducts inspections, observations, audits, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective-action tracking. Coordinates orientations, toolbox talks, training, onboarding, and workforce communications while monitoring OSHA, PPE, customer, and company requirements. Maintains safety records, certifications, reports, and audit documentation, and collaborates with field leaders, subcontractors, customers, and safety leadership to promote hazard awareness and continuous improvement.

Leads large-scale electrical construction projects or portfolios from initiation through closeout, owning P&L, contracts, schedules, risk, procurement, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Develops execution strategies, manages executive client relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams, mentors project managers, supports business development, and drives profitability, margin protection, and operational excellence across complex projects.

The Project Safety Representative ensures safety compliance in electrical projects, conducts inspections, trains staff, and manages incidents. They promote safety culture and collaborate with management and subcontractors.
