Teams at Enterprise Electrical

Leads a branch as a business unit, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, staffing, workforce development, customer relationships, safety, compliance, and growth. Manages budgets, forecasting, labor, profitability, WIP reporting, resource allocation, operational metrics, and process improvement. Partners with HR, Finance, executives, project teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors while serving as the escalation point for branch issues. Requires strong leadership, financial, communication, and operational management skills in construction, electrical contracting, industrial, logistics, or service environments.

Leads large-scale electrical construction projects and portfolios from initiation through closeout. Owns project strategy, P&L, forecasting, contract administration, procurement, risk management, safety, quality, and client relationships. Coordinates field, engineering, BIM, subcontractor, vendor, and service teams while mentoring project managers. Supports business development, client retention, executive reporting, commissioning, and turnover for complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and service projects.

Supports safety programs and compliance across active construction projects and field operations. Conducts inspections, observations, audits, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective-action tracking. Coordinates orientations, toolbox talks, training, onboarding, and workforce communications while monitoring OSHA, PPE, customer, and company requirements. Maintains safety records, certifications, reports, and audit documentation, and collaborates with field leaders, subcontractors, customers, and safety leadership to promote hazard awareness and continuous improvement.
