Lead design and build of scalable backend systems and data platforms; own architecture and production deployments; improve reliability, performance, and observability; mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, SRE, and Security.

Serve as the primary bridge between Sales and Tracts to enable go-to-market execution: support client demos, gather and synthesize feedback, lead post-sale onboarding and training, align sales messaging with product capabilities, and drive process improvements to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines; integrate AI-powered infrastructure; implement and support complex computing algorithms and distributed services; own systems end-to-end including architecture, observability, reliability, and operational support; lead architectural initiatives and reduce system complexity while maintaining performance on large-scale real-time data.
