Serve as a trusted, client-facing technical advisor for industrial customers. Lead onsite meetings, onboarding, training, and product demonstrations. Drive adoption, monitor account health, resolve technical issues with product and engineering teams, and capture user feedback to guide product improvements and expansion across facilities.

Serve as primary client contact to drive adoption of Ei's software at a major petrochemical client. Lead onsite meetings, trainings, and workshops; monitor account health; troubleshoot issues with internal teams; advocate client needs to Product and Engineering; identify expansion opportunities and capture success stories. Frequent onsite presence and weekly travel required.
