Manages customer orders and projects from approval through production and delivery. Responsibilities include entering orders in the MS PrintVis ERP, creating job tickets, monitoring schedules, coordinating with sales, production, quality, finance, and customers, resolving delays and discrepancies, communicating timelines, and processing order changes or returns. The role also supports customer service, risk mitigation, project tracking, and cross-functional manufacturing operations.
