Hands-on consultant responsible for launching and auditing Iterable educator journeys, improving email campaign QA and approval processes, implementing conversion and event tracking, supporting SMS integration, and developing segmented engagement strategies. The consultant will collaborate with Email, Product, and Engineering teams, establish documentation and playbooks, monitor results, and hand off sustainable processes to the internal team during a 12-week contract.

Implement, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Epic School Plus integrations with Clever, ClassLink, and SchoolDay. Support district IT administrators through onboarding, diagnose rostering and SSO issues, manage partner portals, and collaborate with Engineering on bugs and fixes. Coach internal teams, create documentation, track integration metrics, improve processes, and support high-volume back-to-school launches.

Designs and ships full-stack features across Angular, PHP/Symfony, Go, and MySQL. Responsibilities include architecture, data modeling, API design, testing, code reviews, technical design leadership, mentoring engineers, AI-assisted development, production support, incident investigation, and systemic improvements. The role is fully remote in the US and collaborates with global engineering teams.
