Conduct full-cycle physician recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, candidate engagement, recruiting events, contract coordination, and provider onboarding. Partner with clinical, operational, executive, legal, and external recruiting teams to assess clinical qualifications and cultural fit, build talent pipelines in underserved markets, represent the organization’s brand, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Provides multi-site and remote IT support for dermatology clinics nationwide. Serves as a subject matter expert in areas such as integrations, VoIP, networking, identity and access management, or cybersecurity. Resolves service desk issues, troubleshoots systems, manages risks, supports projects and new partnerships, coordinates hardware procurement, documents processes, and collaborates with vendors, leadership, providers, and clinic teams. The role requires 25–50% continental U.S. travel and residence near a specified major-city market.
