Two-year MBA leadership development program focused on healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Participants lead enterprise projects in year one and gain hands-on clinic operations experience with frequent field travel in year two. The program includes leadership training, mentorship, and preparation for a permanent healthcare operations leadership role.

Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollments, open enrollment, COBRA, FMLA, disability, retirement, and qualified life events. Maintain accurate HRIS and carrier data, coordinate vendor files, reconcile invoices, support employees, produce reports, and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations. The role also manages benefits communications, audits, system troubleshooting, and process improvements.

A 12-month immersive dermatology training program for licensed, board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Participants complete didactic education, clinical rotations, hands-on practice, and milestone assessments in El Paso or Dallas, Texas. Successful graduates receive guaranteed placement at an agreed-upon clinic and must commit to a five-year employment contract. The program offers a $60,000 annual training salary, potential performance-based compensation, benefits, relocation assistance, housing support, and eligible expense reimbursement.
