Lead and build the compliance function for a wholesale mortgage lender, overseeing BSA/AML, fair lending, NMLS licensing, regulatory exams, audits, loan reviews, policy development, remediation, and cross-functional escalation resolution. Manage and coach compliance staff, liaise with regulators, ensure timely reporting and testing, and implement SOPs and processes. Use Encompass and Mavent; prepare SARs and maintain adherence to federal, state, and investor guidelines.

The Account Executive will develop lending relationships, manage accounts, conduct sales calls, and provide training and support to clients.

The Account Manager oversees the loan file lifecycle, ensuring documentation is complete and communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsible for completing government insuring processes for FHA, VA, and USDA loans post-closing, ensuring timely and accurate insurance. This includes tracking applications, processing fees, reconciling errors, and maintaining compliance.
