Provides technical consulting and solution engineering for Esri’s public safety customers. Responsibilities include demonstrating ArcGIS solutions, supporting sales strategies, designing GIS solutions, advising customers on architecture and deployment, presenting at conferences, and aligning Esri technology with business needs. The role requires GIS and public safety experience, cloud and database knowledge, strong presentation skills, domestic or international travel, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a security clearance.

Own and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementations. Design data collection architecture using Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; govern XDM schemas, identity, datasets, and data quality. Develop tagging, CJA connections and views, audience activation, privacy frameworks, and event-driven data layers. Troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, integrate Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders on scalable technical solutions, governance, documentation, and enablement.

Lead enterprise account strategies for AEC customers, grow adoption of Esri technology, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, present at events, mentor teammates, and meet revenue goals while collaborating across internal teams and partners.
