Create clear, trustworthy content and messaging across Ethos’s consumer life insurance purchase journey. Responsibilities include writing product copy, shaping narratives, developing content standards, partnering with Product, Design, Research, and Analytics, using AI tools, conducting customer research, and testing content through analytics, A/B testing, and usability research. The role is hands-on and contributes to content design practices, regulatory clarity, and measurable business outcomes.

The Staff/Product Manager will enhance the digital consumer experience for life insurance, focusing on user onboarding and product conversion. They will combine data insights with creativity to drive product growth and enhance user satisfaction without much friction.

Drive annuity operations to improve speed and scalability: process new annuity business, coordinate with carriers and sales, document processes, optimize CRM and workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch product and process improvements.
