Lead and scale product design across multiple business units as a player-coach: set UX vision and standards, direct other designers, build and iterate products, manage executive stakeholders, and improve product development processes end-to-end.

Lead and execute day-to-day corporate accounting including month-end close, global consolidation, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. Own SOX 404 controls, coordinate external audits, resolve complex reconciliations, implement process improvements and automation/AI, and manage a global accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Lead the creation of a 0→1, AI-native design system: audit UI, define taxonomy and tokens, align Figma with code and Storybook, partner with engineering and product, build contributor workflows, document patterns for humans and agents, and drive adoption and measurable impact.
