Greet and assist guests, manage take-out orders, operate POS and QSR screens, serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, follow alcohol and food safety laws, and perform opening/closing duties in a fast-paced restaurant.

Support managers by running shifts, supervising front-of-house staff, engaging guests, ensuring food and beverage quality, maintaining safety/sanitation, controlling costs, and assisting with financial and HR tasks. Serve as a working supervisor who leads by example and helps curate guest ambiance.
