Manages client relationships for the GuildQuality SaaS product, helping customers optimize ROI, increase engagement, and improve retention. Responsibilities include strategic account oversight, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting escalated issues, delivering product training, and coordinating implementation and brand inquiries. The role requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and relationship-management skills in a technology-driven environment.
