Manage and optimize Salesforce to align Sales and Marketing, design and implement flows/automations, build custom apps/objects, deliver KPI reporting, assess impacts on integrations, and drive projects to completion while communicating across the organization.

Provide administrative and project support to Solar Project Managers: validate customer expectations, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, manage project documentation and timelines, troubleshoot inquiries, assist with sales/marketing activities, and ensure projects complete on time with high customer satisfaction.

The Human Resources Assistant will help attract and screen candidates, manage communication with applicants, and report to the hiring manager. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, screening via video, and sourcing candidates.
