Operate the CEO's operating system: set and own measurable company goals, run weekly leadership meetings, maintain company-level reporting sourced from the data warehouse, manage high-stakes cross-functional projects, prep executive and investor materials, and pressure-test decisions to ensure follow-through and outcomes.

Own and grow regional retail accounts by managing buyer and broker relationships, leading assortment and promotional planning, coordinating in-store and digital marketing, developing display strategies, partnering on forecasting and delivery, and analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Own sourcing and procurement for ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, managing RFQs and purchase orders, negotiating pricing and terms, tracking landed costs, coordinating quality and compliance documentation, building purchasing plans, managing supplier performance, and identifying cost savings. The role partners with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Retail in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
