Participates in structured training to learn branch and department operations, sales processes, leadership planning, and business development. Provides administrative support, prepares documents and presentations, maintains customer accounts, supports revenue growth, resolves customer issues, and assists managers with daily tasks. Develops leadership, communication, and professional skills through performance reviews, training, and organizational activities.

Rotational internship providing experience in branch operations, counter sales, shipping and receiving, account management, leadership, and strategic planning. Interns complete a capstone project focused on process improvement and present findings to company executives. The program includes mentoring from branch, regional, and divisional managers, with potential full-time employment after completion.
