The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance in manufacturing and supply chain, qualify suppliers, manage non-conformance processes, and support new product introductions while ensuring reliable quality systems are established.

Design and implement control architecture for a scalable thermal energy storage system: develop PLC programs and embedded firmware, configure industrial communications, build CI/CD and HIL test benches, integrate EMS/SCADA, and support system integration and commissioning.

Lead design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of heat exchangers for high-temperature thermal energy storage systems. Perform CFD/FEA simulations, create manufacturing drawings, validate models by test, collaborate across disciplines, select materials, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and work with suppliers during development and deployment.

Lead structural design and analysis for stationary and moving renewable energy systems. Create FEA models, detailed drawings, material selections, and manufacturable designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, interface with suppliers, ensure standards compliance, and troubleshoot structural issues during testing and deployment.
