Owns supplier, incoming, in-process, and final quality for hardware manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include supplier qualification, audits, FAI and PPAP reviews, inspection and control plans, root-cause investigations, CAPA, NCR and SCAR management, quality metrics, NPI support, metrology, documentation, and QMS development. Partners with engineering, supply chain, reliability, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and scale production.

Own the long-term reliability of Exowatt’s P3 energy system hardware. Responsibilities include defining reliability requirements, designing accelerated life tests, leading FMEA and RCM studies, analyzing field failures and Weibull data, managing FRACAS, developing reliability models, tracking KPIs, and partnering with design, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams to improve system availability.

Design and implement control architecture for a scalable thermal energy storage system: develop PLC programs and embedded firmware, configure industrial communications, build CI/CD and HIL test benches, integrate EMS/SCADA, and support system integration and commissioning.
