Design, deploy, and maintain AWS-hosted Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure; build automation and AI-assisted runbooks; provide observability and incident response; ensure HIPAA-compliant, high-availability platform operations and mentor engineering teams.

Lead architecture and productionization of NLP, voice, and ML systems; mentor engineers; integrate AI features with backend services on AWS; build evaluation, monitoring, and responsible-AI safeguards; drive AI strategy and technical vision.

Serve as the clinical quality owner for Medical Intelligence: build and review clinical logic, define evidence standards, validate AI/LLM-driven protocols, run safety reviews, support data analyses and platform work, and represent Fabric with clients to ensure safe, evidence-based product delivery.
