Own the ticket queue, maintain documentation, support HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 audits, conduct access reviews, and collaborate with Security. The role requires supporting a fully remote workforce while using AI tools responsibly for scripting, troubleshooting, and runbook development.

Leads Fabric Health’s global People & Talent organization across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and compliance. Advises the CEO and board on workforce strategy, builds employee relations workflows, oversees compensation and benefits, leads remote culture and engagement, manages multi-country employment compliance, applies AI to people workflows, and directs post-acquisition integration across distributed hourly and corporate workforces.

Provide Tier 1 technical and administrative support for patients and providers using a virtual healthcare platform. Responsibilities include onboarding, troubleshooting, visit preparation, payment collection, patient tracking, prescription handling, telephone triage, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and Zendesk-based issue resolution. The role uses AI support tools, collaborates with clinical and technical teams, and requires a rotating schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
