Teams at Faire

Manage a portfolio of approximately 200–250 Korean-speaking brands, coaching them on Faire’s platform, products, programs, and events. Drive adoption, retention, sales growth, upselling, and revenue outcomes through tailored account strategies. Build trusted customer relationships, communicate product updates, analyze performance data, synthesize customer feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, design, and marketing teams.

Own and scale Faire’s global equity programs across plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, employee experience, and multiple jurisdictions. Lead public-company readiness, SEC reporting support, insider trading programs, audit readiness, internal controls, equity lifecycle operations, system integrations, and global regulatory risk management. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, People, senior leaders, and external advisors while serving as the escalation point for complex equity matters.
