Lead day-to-day operations of a 248-unit affordable housing community: manage staff, budgets, and financial performance; ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance and inspections; maintain relationships with housing authorities; drive resident satisfaction and retention; use property management software for accounting and reporting.

Support property operations by leasing apartments, collecting and posting rent, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and using Yardi. Provide resident service, resolve issues, mentor leasing staff, ensure fair housing compliance, and assist the Community Manager. Requires flexible scheduling including weekends and some holidays.
