Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and lifecycle management of switchboard products. Responsibilities include gathering customer insights, defining product requirements, coordinating cross-functional development, conducting market and competitive analysis, supporting pricing and go-to-market strategy, improving profitability, and tracking product performance. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, service, and supply chain teams and requires expertise in UL 891 low-voltage switchboards.

Performs electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage engineering for construction projects. Responsibilities include calculations, technical drawings, electrical layouts, field surveys, power-system problem resolution, code compliance guidance, installation inspections, customer discussions, reporting, and computer-assisted design. Provides guidance to Level 1 engineers and designers. The role is onsite in Monroe, Louisiana, requires 5–10% travel, and includes three months of company-supported onsite training at an out-of-state facility.

Performs mechanical design for power system products, converting prototypes into commercially viable systems. Responsibilities include cooling calculations, design compliance, customer consultation, installation inspections, engineering reports, technical manuals, and use of computer-assisted design software. Provides guidance to Level 1 engineers and designers. The position is onsite in Monroe, Louisiana, includes 5–10% travel, and requires three months of onsite training at an out-of-state facility.
