Acquire, onboard, and grow high-priority Fanatics Markets customers through personalized outbound outreach across text, phone, and messaging channels. Manage customer relationships, educate users about prediction markets, drive engagement and retention, reactivate dormant customers, resolve issues, and relay customer feedback to internal teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
