Teams at Farther

Serve as primary client-facing liaison for a high-net-worth advisory practice: manage day-to-day relationships, maintain CRM, coordinate onboarding and service requests, prepare advisor meeting materials, escalate issues, and proactively flag opportunities to deepen client relationships.

Research, backtest, and implement options-based investment overlays across equity and fixed-income strategies. Build Python research code, data pipelines, analytics, and systematic strategy specifications; monitor portfolio Greeks, exposures, risk, P&L, and performance across SMA accounts. Partner with portfolio managers, product managers, and engineers to scale strategy engines, trade generation, risk dashboards, and monitoring workflows.

Support a senior advisor and serve clients across retirement, tax strategy, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination. Manage new client inquiries, prospect for referrals, use Farther's planning tools, and contribute to team operations and succession planning while growing client ownership over time.
