Assesses borrower needs, explains loan structures, maintains compliance, and meets production and quality goals in a call-center environment.

Lead and scale a profitable business-purpose lending (BPL) origination sales organization. Recruit, develop, and manage sales teams; set product and pricing strategy; coordinate marketing and capacity models; manage P&L, revenue targets, budgets, and forecasting; collaborate across internal partners and external relationships to drive originations performance and compliance.
